Produced to mark the 75th anniversary of the Institute of Contemporary Arts. Graham Little is known for his unique gouache and pencil vignettes that situate figures within intricately considered spaces and landscapes. His carefully built compositions revel in the texture, pattern and hidden narratives of fashion advertising as well as familiar, pastoral scenes. Taking inspiration from these settings, Little has produced this work using a meticulous drypoint etching technique. Demanding huge attention to detail, the image is crafted through repeated layers of engraving.
